RICHMOND HARVEY are now able to arrange valuations and viewings however we will be operating under the conditions below and following the Government guidelines which we would ask all parties to familiarise themselves with. (https://www.gov.uk/…/government-advice-on-home-moving-durin…)
We will be operating an appointment system for all visits to our offices and when conducting viewings. Admittance to our offices will be refused to any party not having booked an appointment. 𝗣𝗹𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗮𝗻 𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝘃𝗶𝗮 𝗲𝗺𝗮𝗶𝗹 𝗼𝗻𝗹𝘆 𝗮𝘀 𝘄𝗲 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘀𝗼𝗺𝗲 𝘁𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗶𝘀𝘀𝘂𝗲𝘀 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗽𝗵𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝘀𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗺.
You will be asked whether any party is showing symptoms or has been asked to self-isolate before going ahead with any viewing, or visits to offices.
Anyone involved in any aspect of the home moving process should practice social distancing in line with public health advice.
All physical viewings will be limited to members of the same household, and numbers should be limited as much as possible.
We encourage people to do their property searching online wherever possible. Initial viewings should be done virtually wherever this is possible and physical viewings will only be conducted where buyers are seriously considering making an offer on a property. We reserve the right to refuse physical viewings should we feel the visit is not essential.
Everyone involved in the moving process must follow social distancing as per the following advice (https://www.gov.uk/…/staying-alert-and-safe-social-distanci…)
